Lol there is one thing i do not like about myself and it is my wrists!

I am well built on my upper arms but for some fcuking reason my wrists are staying fairly thin...anybody know any way of increasing the muscle in that area?

I could make some jokes about ****, but I know from experience that **** doesn't give you big wrists.
I've always been able to touch my thumb and little finger together around my wrist (with the other hand obviously... same hand would be hideous) if that's any measure of thin wrists (or big hands?!).
My forearms are pretty good though... I don't get it either... is it just the individuals bone structure or what?
I've never really tried building up that area, because just feeling it; it feels like nothing but bones and tendons (or whatever), and that there'd be nothing to build on.
It'll be interesting to hear what the people-who-have-a-clue think, because I've wondered about this myself for a few years.

    ****?
    No.

Your wrist is mostly bone and tendon - if they are small (or small to you and in fact may be perfectly normal) exercises will not help as they develop muscle, which are replete around the wrist.

    Do not be concerned.......

The muscles which move your hands are localised in two areas above and below your forearm, mostly just past your elbow - doing hand exercises will increase their size, but will not affect the wrist itself directly....
