    MEMS, manufacteuring engineering and management science. they possibly are quite familar. but as fair as i know, and until someone corrects me that actually makes sense, MSISS do do maths with engineering (stats i think), computers with eng/cs and some business with BESS.

    You're right Kev, MSISS is taught by Maths, CS, Stats, and BESS. MEMS is mostly covered by the Mechanical Department.

    MSISS is very broad. My mate's in 3rd year now, he was incredibly busy during the entire year (it's mainly continuous assessment)

    MSISS were with us (engineers) til 2nd year for some of the Maths, and Computer Science...I think anyways. Was a year ago, the brain is fuzzy.

    They are only similiar in first year. The only similarity is that they are under the engineering faculty. MSISS do maths with maths and engineering. We don't do states, they do. You know nothing, stop posting.
