What's the story with these MBT shoes http://www.mbt-uk.com/ They seem to only be available through some sort of pyramid selling scheme / tupperware party deal and apparently they are doing big business in suburbia among the middle-aged housewives. The question is, do they work? Or is this a big scam? I can't help thinking…

The question is, do they work? Or is this a big scam? I can't help thinking these shoes will appear on one of those "I love 2005" programmes in about 10 years when Peter Kay will be sitting their smugly going "remember them Masai shoes.. I wore them down 't chip shop" etc etc
