    Hi guys,

    Could you tell me what,in your experience is the best, purest creatine....?
    ie preferably the ingredients are listed on label etc..
    I have the option to buy online....

    Just get the cheapest 100% creatine mono you can find (Primaforce, Optimum Nutrition, MRM, Prolab, etc).

    That's the only thing that'll be listed on the label, unless you're looking for some form of creatine matrix, in which case Clout (from MAN Sports) and Xpand (from Dymatize) are two of the better products on the market. Bear in mind that you'll pay much more for a matrix style product than simply mono.
