    Hi,
I am a bit of a novice about all this but anyway. I read an article that said that the elliptical cross trainer in gyms is the best form of exercise you can do because it works your arms and legs. The second best was a rower but this was not as good cause you get tired easy. What I was wondering is if you get two of those weights for your wrist and go running with them is it the same as the elliptical trainer? Because your working your arms and legs at the same time.

Weights on your wrist wouldn't offer the same level of resistance as the CT. What happens when you want to push yourself harder (or go a bit easier?).
