whey protein. also you can get weight gain sup's, i bought a bananna one from here before, good value. http://www.phoenixathletic.com/Store/default.asp

you just need to increase your food intake, try and keep it clean.

5hit thing is, you will put on fat as well, and it takes a bit of work to loose it.
