i think he was a boyfriend of Michelles, would have been circa 86, pre Kevin. If its the guy I think he was, there some indication that he was of Arab extraction, or perceived to be. I vaguely remember an exchange of dialogue between Michelle and her mother that went something like "Lar, thats a funny name for an Arab". "Well what about Larence (sic) of Arabia?"
