I think it was discussed, but left alone as its nearly impossible to enforce at this stage. I'm not sure how image adverts are looked at, but text adverts usually are fine.

From the rules:

Your sig should NOT be a giant advertisement for anything. A subtle link to something you run online if fine. Use common sense.

Random, that's a bit OTT (not subtle).
Or maybe add info in sig that it's not selling anything.
