    Actually, a good way to thicken up shakes (doesn't have to have protein powder) is using pectin!

    Sleepy, frying tomatoes? I know someone who fries cucumber slices :(

    Again, what is pectin?! I just thicken shakes with yoghurt.

    Out of interest why do you take it? Recommended to you or just looking for a way to thicken up the 'shake? :D

    I put in shakes ass a protein supplement primarily to aid muscle building.
