gyms near KNOCKLYON

    hi,
    its my dads birthday soon and i wanna get him gym membership and i'm thinkin i mite as well get me some too. so, i need a gym close to knocklyon(ie on the 15 or 49 bus route) that i can use maybe even before school or afterwards (so itl need good opening times) and reasonably cheap as well...
    ...any suggestions?

    the 49 passes KCR which is about 10 mins or less walk fro the new Carlisle gym.
    Theres a gym in the Dublin Postal Club on Kiltipper Rd, the 49 stops at the Old Mill pub and its about a 15 min walk from there.
    I think the gym in Thomas Davis gaa club on Kiltipper Rd is also open to non-members.its a little closer to the bus stop than DPC.
    Did you inquire if theres a gym in Ballyboden St Endas open to the public...

    carlisle is good! its an excellent gym if u want to go and use the running machines and swim etc...but if u want a gym for like heavy lifing then its not the best its not bad like but there are better
