Hi, I called in to the Tony Quinn Gym yesterday. It looks pretty sparse. No treadmills or bikes. Is anyone a member or can they tell me is any good

Avoid the tony quinn health shops too. The salesmen try and pressurise you into buying so much it's unbelievable. Also, the stuff in there is terrible.

Agreed. I've never seen such aggression from any salespeople anywhere else in the world. Ever. Plus you can just go direct to their suppliers online and get their products at 1/3 of the price.

The guys responsible for a fair bit of human misery - financing himself to the detriment of the vulnerable.

Don't give him any money - regardless of what the cover might be - fitness centre, 'health' shops, etc.,

I'm a member of the Tony Quinn gym and find it great. The staff are excellent and make sure you get the results. They don't have treadmills and cardio because the training is focused on toning muscle which is much more effective. The 12-day programme is particularly good.

This statement makes no sense whatsoever?

It is a good gym if you're interested in doing very intensive low rep weight training for bulking up. If that's what you're looking for and you don't mind the fact that some of the patrons seem overly "focused" then it's good.

The TQ stores source many of their supplements from www.lef.org who are based in Fort Lauderdale. Don't buy TQ Casein protein either, as was pointed out to me on this forum if you want casein then eat some cottage cheese and use your money to buy Whey.
