quake 3 arena.mod.for college

just finishing our software project...quake3 mod....id love to add a few pointless things and can anyone tell me where the cod efor it is and so on? 1)wallpaper/background image on start menu/generalHUD display too 2)and the one illusive bit..IR/NV goggles...its in urban terror i think but im not sure how to go about it :)…
