New Work Out Routine

    I am looking for a new work out routine, I have been doing the same one for a few weeks now and while I am satisfied with the results I do not feel like its enough, I would like to get a weight routine that I could try out (and adjust weight sizes to my own).

    Is there any sites anyone can recomend? I would use a personal trainer but in my opinion most of them are useless.

    I want to bulk up a little bit more and I want to have a well formed chest and abs. The work out I have at the moment has given me great results but I feel its a bit too loose or unorginised, if I could get a checklist which I could work against. Any help is greatly appreciated.
