    How can I get a toned stomach ?? I've been trying for ages. I'm not fat or anything but I need to lose weight off my stomach and then tone up. Does anyone have any advice or tips on how to do this ??? :)

    #1 JOG!/hiit! without doing cardio or high intensity work you will never be at a low enough weight and bf% to have a toned/six pac look
    #2 CRUNCHES! Find something that will keep your feet in place and go from up,to 3 quarters down,and up again. Dont let your back hit the floor while doing them.these will tone up your mid and upper abs.
    #3 BICYCLE KICKS. This kind of motion switching legs every few seconds and holding for around 5,
    this will tone up your lower abs.

    A toned looking stomach is not like other muscles,you get 10x the amount of fat on your waist and stomach as you do on your arms,legs etc.. that why once you have got that toned look you want,you cant stop doing the exercises,you HAVE to continue or else your abs will get covered in a layer of fat.

    Hey. Thanks for the tips. I'll try anything and I'm willing to keep the exercise going .. i love exercising so that wont bother me. Any more tips are welcome !!!
