Spam is spam, competition or no. bubbles was banned for it, I don't see why anyone else shouldn't be, if they continue.

If anyone continues to receive (unsolicited) PMs looking for votes, report it, and there will be serious consequences.

I think Mr. Nice Guy should get my votes back as he was breaking the rules. If this is going to work there they has to be enforcement made by Gordon.

Get off your high horse, powerhousedan. I have brought this contest to the attention of Boards members. Another reason why I deserve to stay over you. For someone who opposed my tactics, you had no problem using them yourself to try and beat me! I've seen more originality in Gareth Gates than in you.

You are nearly into triple figures with regards to voting. Come on people make sure powerhousedan hits the 100 mark.

Hi I'm currently taking part in the Survivor Boards contest here:

Considering at one stage the contestant powerhousedan was on 5 votes and I was on 14 it truly would be the great escape if I was to survive this round but if I'm going out I want to go out fighting so I'd appreciate it if you would vote for powerhousedan. I don't know if the other contestants have bothered to campaign for your vote but if they haven't I'd really like it if you could vote for powerhousedan.

I haven't been trying to spam merely to campaign for votes. I have observed the warning from the Moderator and I respect it completely.

powerhousedan, it's one thing to try and get me evicted but to try and get me banned?Now that is taking things too far. I have never caused problems for mods in the past and I do not seek to do so at this point in time.

I hope the Boards members wil see through your dirty tactics and will send you packing. I hope the votes for you hit the 100 mark.

This has been much fun but it seems that Mr. Nice Guy has broken some boards rules. Whether or not he will get into trouble for doing this is not my area of expertise.

As far as I am aware - no Survivor rules have been broken, the game is still on.

If, however, Nice Guy gets temp banned or banned for doing what he has done then he will naturally be evicted. Mr. Nice Guy - that was rather dangerous what you have done, ballsy but dangerous. I have had a complaint from a user about you, and afaik a possible mod complaint. And you seem to have taken on Seamus' statement I see. However, if an admin decides to take action against you - it could see you banned from boards.

There is still some time left for legitimate voting incidentally.

Keep it legal folks.

It was not my intention to break any rules. I did not think what i was doing was "ballsy" I just wanted to get some support going. I have indeed listened to the warning from the moderator and I certainly respect it. I'd like to know if powerhousedan has broken any rules by setting up a new account and using it to criticise me. Is that allowed?

powerhousedan has taken things beyond the game and has even tried to get moderators to ban me. That is low. I hope the votes he gets hits the 100 mark and then some.

Well lets put it this way. I was suprised myself when I got a PM from him asking to vote off the other guy (Even though I already had) but if this is a first time offence and has since seamus's warning stopped the spamming it should be let go this time. Action shoiuld only be taken if he has since kept it up after the warning or has done this before.

In anycase with the current results on the poll...

Powerhousedan, you are the weakest link. Goodbye!!

Anything that takes place in this thread is part of the game. Posts like that will go unheeded (because I'm not reading them). It's only when something is reported or complained about outside of this thread that it becomes boards's problem.
