PS2 Hi-Resolution VGA Adaptor's

Has anyone out there ever used one of the above? I'd love to hook my PS2 to my computer monitor if it does what it says on the tin. Doubles resolution..... Can't be a bad thing. Has anyone any experience with this? Thanks, Dave
