    anyone know some good exercises that can easily tone up the ass, stomach, thighs?

    Squats! If your not doing them already you should include them in your routine. I'm sure the rest of them will other suggestions for you.

    lunges + squat for thigh and ass
    bicycle kicks for stomach ( like this,doing the same pedaling motion with both legs,also you can put your elbows on the floor if you want..)

    Eat right! The exercises are only half the necessary components to a defined body.

    As the others said - king of them are lunges and squats with a weight, 4-6kg for 2-3 sets of 10-12 reps to get it going. For the stomach - google it as there are too many to mention
