    Hi,

I got these Omega 3,6,9 supplements (they are green, not yellow like in the picture) from zipvit.co.uk and I have one side-effect: constipation. My question is, do all EFAs have this side-effect, or should I try different ones?

so nobody wants to admit being constipated on a public board...

    Anybody else taking EFAs?

Never had any problems taking EFA's and getting constipated. If anything it should get the bowels moving. Try taking a heaped tablespoon of flax/linseeds everyday in juices, yoghurt, poridge, salads etc and that will clear it up fairly quickly.

Also, from my experience you must drink at least 2-3L of water every day to ensure the bowles stay moving and do not harden and clog up.

    I have just the thing..
Udo's Choice, Ultimate Oil blend, My girlfriend swears by it!! and I started taking it as well. It has all essential fats and oils and sure will keep you regular, only draw back is it is pretty pricy, around 25 bucks for 500ml. But from my experience its good stuff. I think Holland and Barrets have there own version that may work out a bit cheaper.
