Fitball Exercises.

I've to design a circuit for class on Thursday which will incorporate an exercise that uses a fitball. I'm not too familiar with using this piece of equipment so if anybody could tell me where I'd find a variety of exercises that can be modified for varying intensity etc. I'd be grateful. Or if you could explain them here…

Don't use them myself but they're more widely known as swiss balls.
