    I've just started a new circuit training on tuesdays/thursdays/sundays...

    warm up of 10 minutes on rowing ergometer

    each of these 40 times and do 3 rounds...

    1.jump ups
    2. sit ups
    3. burpees
    4.step ups
    5.janouseks
    6.bench press
    7.bench pull
    8.leg press
    9.squat
    10.press ups

    and then a 20 minute warm dwn.......
