Exercises?

    What kind of exercises should I be doing to lose weight on my arms? They're too fat and disproportionate to the rest of my body.

    If I do a regular exercise routine (i.e walking) will the weight just drop off there?

    Any help appreciated...

    You can't spot reduce fat I'm afraid.. If you want to lose it, you're going to have to reduce your overall bodyfat percentage. Lots of excercise, and and a reasonable weights routine. Watch your food intake and stay off the snacks..
    It'll be tough, and will take a while, but stick to it, and you should notice an improvement..

    Yep. You could do weights, but then you'll just have strong, flabby arms. :D When you flex, you'll see a nice shape, but when you relax, it'll all just collapse into a big floppy, jelly-like mess.
