Ok from my bit of research ive decided that the following would help a lot.

1 - Vitamin C. On its own and another good multi vit and and anti oxidant.
    2 - BCAA's
3 - Whey Protein I heard Methoxy Pro is the best. Any1 ever use it or know anything about it?
    4 - Creatine Mono
    5 - Glutamine
6 - Fish oils for fatty acids.

Now does this look a reasonable shopping list or is it unbalanced?
When is the best time to take each?
What are the best doses considering i dont want to add more bulk - just lean muscle.
Where and how much incl shipping would ye recommend me buy from?

Any comments on anything seen above? NB i dont to increase power and speed but not bulk too much.

I cant seem to even find a product on the tmof webiste. Whats wrong with it? Anyone got a direct link to their products page?

That's spot on I suppose except for the protein. That's the maximuscle one right? It's horrendously overpriced. Ans the additions are not proven effective. Also don't take creatine for more than 4 months in a row and if possible 2 months on 1 off.

In order of priority I would do it as follows.

    1 multi vit
    2 whey protein
    3 efa's
    4 glutamine
    5 creo
    6 bcaas

PM if you want good sources on all the supps, health store for most!

Sounds spot on. I get Creatine and other supplements from LEF.org. They're very good value. On their sale last summer got 325 Grammes for 15 Dollars excluding P&P.

The Life Extension Mix tablets are also very good.
