    Chocolate and sugar in general.

Coffee is a pretty easy addiction to overcome. Especially with so many coffee shops offering nice tasting decaf these days (so you don't have to make any sacrifices when kicking the caffeine habit).

I'm not addicted to the internet, i can quit anytime i want. I just don't want to.

Biting my nails. I have tried various liquids, which work, but then I forget to apply it and back to square one. Suppose not the worst habbit in the world.

Caffeine (going through a couple of pots of coffee a day at the mo)
Alcohol (decided to stop drinking it during the week now. and i'm off it completely until paddy's day eve)
Smoking (doobs, that is. but the cravings i've had in my past week of detox seem to be for nicotine :( )
Interwebbery (i do sweet **** all on it. but i just cant drag myself away)
    Video Games

    and this last one might sound a little odd to some. but i'm developing a serious addiction here;

    Chilli Con Carne.

Not that odd. I've found myself quite addicted to curry recently. When I'm cooking dinner, and I'm thinking about what I want, invariably I'll do a curry. It's getting quite ridiculous at this point.

I'm also addicted to Caffeine. I'm not addicted to the web, I just like it here.

By definition, Curry, All Indian food (and Mexican as well) is exempt from the term "addiction".

    Oh! and Italian food too.

Phew! I'm not the only one!
Usually, I'd get sick of eating some food if I ate it frequently, but I just cant with spag bol!
I have it sooo often, and in HUGE quantities.
Especially on a Saturday- I'd get the Irish Times ; cook up a masseeeeve serving, and then sit there eatin n readin for ages.
(Its great soakage too in preparation for a good weekend on the beer! ;) )
If I'd make too much, I'd just put it in a tupperware box... put in fridge... then microwave and eat it later.

I'm sorta the same with lasagne (harder to make... but I'd always get it when eating out).

Damn... all this talk is making me hungry! :p

    tell me about it!
I think I should have been born in Italy or something...
I sure would enjoy their weather more too! and that Nastro Azzuro beer is pretty tasty (but the Belgian beers just edge it out).

I went into the shop on the way home today and bought a big slab of round mince and was excited at the thought of the big 'cook up' that awaits tomorrow :D
    What sauce do you use?
I'm hooked on Newmans Own at the mo. Quality! Can only get it in Superquinn, and Tesco wont stock it
