Getting loads of protein is great as part of my regime..i enjoy meat, but do find that taking a dump is a real chore when cutting.

Anyone have fiber recomendations that keeps things moving through the colon at a healthy pace ?

I find hazelnuts do the trick...they seem to be a good source of fibre as well as being a good source of calories, fatty acids, minerals, plant protein etc.

Not quite fiber, but I drink lots of OJ and that keeps everything flowing...

Linseeds and psyllium husks if you want to keep the old pipes clean as a whistle. Excessive protein can be very difficult to digest and its vital to eat loads of fibre to help this process - personally can't touch red meat after doing a course of colonics!!
