    I recently bought a multi-gym weights system and am looking for a training regime to try to build my upper body strength. I am reasonably fit, I play soccer with my local team twice a week as well as training twice a week.

    I particularly want to work on my abs and triceps. I've had a few problems in the past with scar tissue on my thigh mussels and want to work on them too.

    So if any one could help me it would be much appreciated.

    there's a thread on this forum discussing the bext exercises for abs. Do a search for it.
