    Guys
I would consider myself a regular gym user since the summer and while i have been making progress, sliming and toning, im finding myself rushed to work everything i want to in one session.
My work out generally consists of 30min on the treadmill and then either the bike or that ski machine dealy for about 20 min.
Then stretches and on to the weights.
I know what i want to weight but time contraints are forcing me to leave out some stuff.
I am not going to the gym to be a big muscular ba**ard just for general fitness
Im wondering if i would be better to split my routines in cardio one day and weights another. Is there advantages/disadvantages to the this.
I also jog a once or twice week outside (weather depending)
