Siberian ginseng improves reflexes and aerobic fitness. It also provides a feeling of well-being and extra energy. It is a normaliser apparently, balancing the various hormones within the body as I understand it. It was used by Russian Cosmonauts in the space program in place of amphetamines which were used by Americans (in high dosages).
I have used this supplement a lot of times and found the effects to range from very noticeable to none at all depending on the brand.
Where can you buy the best siberian ginseng and what brand is it? Does anyone know, or have opinions regarding this?

I don't know if it's any good but Ironmind do a Ginseng product,seems to be a powder or paste as they measure it in spoons?
Their gear is top class though so the supplements should be good.

Thanks for the link. This is korean ginseng though. I am interested in Siberian Ginseng. They are different herbs; not just thge same herb growing in differetn countries.
