Hi - Anyone know any good boxing clubs that total beginners can start at? I'm 24, 13 stone, in pretty good shape, do a lot of weight training etc. Now I don't know a lot about the requirements for boxing or the training involved but it's something I've always wanted to try. Any suggestions? Cheers

Check out the Self Defence/Martial Arts board - there was a thread there recently about getting started in boxing. There's also a thread about punch bags.
