U2 Sold Out Yet?

Anyone hear if its sold out or not yet?

Cant get through on ticketmaster or the phone lines! :mad:

I think everyone has had that problem since 8am. Even when it did go through just after 8 it said tickets weren't available online 'at this time'

I've never seen so many people in work early today!
When you ring the phone (0818), I keep getting "this is Eircom..."
The Internet is just as bad.
Anybody explain why you can buy 6 tickets?
Surely a fairer way is for a max of 4 tickets for each person.

I was on the confirmation page for 6 tickets.
Then i was told saturday was sold out....

But i got NONE

I hope people who required 2 tickets had the foresight to order 4 and sell them on boards for the same price?

Spent 8-9 on tickemaster.ie with my 512 connection and redialing on my phone. Tickets are now sold out and i dont have any. It was mainly for my girlfriend as she likes them. I wasted a whole hour of my life on this and I will never waste another minute on that ticketmaster site. The ultimate gip. To those at ticketmaster and (U2 for using them) I wish you a slow and painful death complicated by syphillis.

Yup, all sold out - I saved a fortune!

It is a bit **** thay people can buy up to six tickets -
potentially that means that with only around 20,000 individuals
making a purchase, it's sold out. The limit should be 4 tickets max.
I was online at 0755 and still had no chance. I don't think
queing this morning would have made much difference either as yesterday at
6pm it had started already on Nassau Street.

I say F**k ticketmaster and whoever else is responsible.

queing for tickets is a complete waste of time,and i refuse to ever do it again. i queued for slane tickets from midnight, and by the time the place finally opened so many **** had let there mates into the queue that it took forever to get into the shop, and as i walked in, i was told that it had sold out, what a pile of ****.

When i was lookin for two tickets for Oxegen last summer, a couple returned theirs, the guy hadn't entered into the PC yet and still refused to sell them to me!

I was in UCD at 8.15am this morning - a lost cause!

I hope to god that they do add Sunday. I was up at 7:30 this morning and had 5 firefox tabs open all trying to get tickets from sh** Ticketmaster. No good.
Just cant believe they sold around 200,000 tickets in a hour. Who gets the edge(excuse the pun) anyway, the people who buy online(which is what I thought) or the people who que. dont think i spelt that right

i think this croke park gig is a joke. they wont let football
but paul bono "save the world"houson gets the green light
makes me sick.
there was a guy here in tallaght try to get a football match for sunami disaster in croke pk charity etc. and had a contact to get in a load of celebs . and was turned down.
