    whats the difference between having a suana or steambath...are there differant benifits from each or is one just dry heat and one not???

    I suppose the sauna can be good for opening your pours allowing you to sweat and lose weight. And the steambath can help your muscles relax and relieve stress. Just what I think :cool:

    By the by, any weight loss is just water weight and will be put back on once you rehydrate.
