no but marshall ho'o has a book and video that are supposed to be very good; good enough to learn the whole short form from like. I got them but the video didn't play properly. Not sure whether it got damaged or was in ntsc format.
I did a ten wek course in tai chi years ago and found it good, but could never remember the exercises outside the course, so I'd recommend you get a book or something too.

I think you can do it in Balbriggan in the Combined Clubs Community Centre - they have loads of classes there like fit-box and tae-bo, maybe give them a ring??

There are beginner classes starting on the 25th of January in Howth Road National school. It's 80eur for 8 weeks and they are Tuesday evenings from 7:00pm - 8:15pm.
