losing weight

    Hey,

    I'm entering judo competitions this year, and want to go into a lower weight category. My current weight is 85kgs, and the weight category is sub 81kg.

    What is the best option for losing the weight pretty quickly, within a few months?

    I'm thinking of upping my cardio routine in the gym, and laying off the heavy weights...

    also dieting, but don't want to change my diet too much..

    Has anyone had any experience or advice about this?
