    hey lads.
im thinking of going back into fitness training.
i use to be big into training, and looking after my body when i was in school, and in the gym on weekends.

what i use to do was...

    daily planned meals.
    breakfast
    lunch
    dinner

    etc.
i limited my drinking and smoking to a minimum.

what i use to do in the gym was
    8 sets.
first my warm up. general stretching and exercise.
then 3 miles on the jogging machine.
then 2 miles on rowing machine.
    then free weight's.
    then my warm down.

then i would go for a swim, then then shower.

i did this for about 2 years solid and i had a nice body, i felt really fit and had lots of energy to do anything i wanted.

but recently i became a bit behnid on all this.
for the last year now i havnt been in a gym since.

but now i am motivated again, and i want to get back into shape the way i use to be.

is there any thing i should do different than what i did in the past?
i was on a controled diet, controled exercise and my body mass is proportional to my height.
    im about 6ft 2" / 3"
    and i weigh about 14stone.

any advice would be great! thanks!

You'll probably want to do a basic full body type workout for the first 4 to 6 weeks to get back into the habit of training anyway.

A full body circuit might be best. Or a two day split something along those lines. Ease back into the cardio aswell.

Take it easy for the first few weeks, alot of people get motivated for January go every day and burn out then put it off again till next year.

    .logic.
