New PSU and TVTUNER?

I was thinking of a new psu for the old XP rig and just wondering what you's think of the HIPER 350W? Or maybe any cheap enough(€40)(350W) alternatives? Cant find the fortron in any shops only on the net :mad: Also any recomendations on a tv tuner card?

still didnt get it eh? why dont you just order it off the net you know youll probably get ripped off if you go to the shops in town
I like the FF7 cooling but shouldnt it be LOTR now?
