You do realise that by posting answers on-line you are reducing your chances of winning - winners from a hat please.... I've never actually entered that quiz - have wrecked my head figuring out the answers but never entered - I must be mentally unbalanced.

    Eh,
    B, D P D 9

Beaumont, Dublin Postal District 9 ??

I wreck my head with this every year and don't enter it either!!!

PS I haven't inked in the above on my sheet yet !!

Ballymun - Spread over D9 and D11 - but it listed as D9 for the main st. - goes with the A, DPC 5 from last year - Artane, Dublin Postal code 5 - think it's right but there you go - it's all relative - you could all be seeing something completely different!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 44,200 ✭✭✭✭Basq

The only ones i want are:

    11. N 9, R S H (looks like most people are stumped on this!)
    17. the 9 M (can't believe i can't get this, should be easy!)
    53. B, D P D 9 (you think that 'Beaumont, Dublin Postal District 9' is right?)

    Cheers!

EDIT: Am willing to share any other ones ye require.

    Thanks,
Funny how these things work. I kept thinking of a sporting goods brand when I looked at that clue and couldn't get my brain around it.
They have used bingo calls a lot over the years in Diffneys - just like the postal districts and the 12 days of Christmas ( which I think a more likely answer than "The 22 disciples of Christ" posted earlier BTW).
Time to not enter the competition and wait another year...
