Anybody here ever come across a scale model of an Irish Air Corps plane or helicopter (ready assembled or 'airfix')?

......or a flying model (I recall seeing Fouga jet flying model on RTE years ago) ?

I've seen a few sites offering kits of early Air Corps planes such as the Gladiator and Miles Magister. You can check out the Air Corps website on www.military.ie for more info on historical planes. They also have a museum in Baldonnel with several old aircraft on display to help with your research.
