Hi, any recommendations or comments/experiences on home multi-gyms? Was considering a York version. Basically want to be able to work all major muscle groups, but especially chest (to eliminate the man boobs!). Any suggestions?

    Hi Bobby 04,

Personally I prefer Marcy Multi Gyms to the York brands. They're more reliable, durable and have a much better motion. Also I can tell you a few horro stories involving them including a very funny incident in the Korean Embassy....

    Boru.

Boru, you guys in Arnotts wouldn't happen to be the only sellers of Marcy gym equipment in Ireland by any chance?

Is there anywhere else Marcy stuff can be got? VJ Fitness only seem to do Weider, York and PowerTec stuff...
