Yeah I did it for a year - its very good for fitness, toning and flexibility.

I noticed you're in Limerick. I lived down there for 2 years. They do it out in the college (UL) - you dont have to go to the college to go to attend the classes which is good. Last year they did it every Tuesday and Thursday night. Im sure if you rang the college they would tell you when its on. There is always new ppl starting too so you wouldnt feel left out.

They also do a really popular aerobics class out there - you dont have to be a member of the gym to go either.

Nekkid Slippery Twister, best if you get one or two girl friends to join you.
Combines an Aerobic workout with muscle toning ground work, and could generate revenue for you if streamed live over the net!
Get Logic to set you up with webcams and such ;)
