Human body cartoon

Does anyone remember a cartoon, where there were characters that travel around the human body. there was a fella with a white beard in the brain? its a long time ago since i've seen it but been racking my brain and cant think of the name anyone know?

It was french

There was also a "Once upon a time... Space" with the same characters.

I used to watch this too - was quite stupid but educational!

Wasnt the blood cells the 'good guys' and the bacteria or whatever it was were the nasty ones?

Yep! The bacteria guys all had big noses and hairy eyebrows. I liked it too, bit inane at times but edumacational...
