LED flood light flicker

As per title, but it "resolve" once heated up (1-5 min). New out of box worked fine for a day, then started flicker on turn-on at high frequency that is "painful" to eye. Unit is sealed, except perhaps PIR part. I guess not much can be done, unless… (this where the question is)
