    RIP to Mr. Hanly, I well remember his distinctive voice and eloquent commentary on RTÉ radio 1 over many years.

    The two Davids on Morning Ireland were the soundtrack to my schoolday mornings back in the eighties. It's sad that the two of them are no longer with us.
