    Hi all

    Just looking for second hand math and science books for the junior certificate. Does anyone know if they're sold anywhere?

    The free books scheme has rendered used books completely worthless. I'd be amazed if you can find them anywhere. Your best bet is to put the word out among people who might have done the JC last year and see if they have any books lying around, although it's unlikely.

    I'm assuming these are books that a student has lost. It might be worth talking to whoever runs the books scheme in the school, they might have a stash of old editions and they might be in the mood to do you a favour.
