House in housing estate doesn't have eircode

A semi-d in a 40 year old housing estate has no eircode, searching by address and by map on the eircode website. The attached house has a code, next house along has a code. What could be the reason? They are not replying to email. No. 99 has red dot and code. No. 100 doesn't. No. 101 does.
