No Plug-in Detected Hikvision

    Accessing Hikvision Nvr on different Mac computers and browsers, but keep getting the same plug-in errors.

    Is there Mac plug-in or am I stuck with the IVMS 4200. Really don’t like that software. 

    Not sure if it’s a firmware issue or a matter of getting the right plugin.

    If it was a firmware problem can I just download the latest version or do I have to do in steps.
