PSC cards

    Can anyone confirm that PSC cards are not being processed at the moment due to some technical issues. Has anyone else been told this as I've been waiting 3 weeks since I applied at my local intreo centre to renew my card which is also a travel pass as I'm on disability allowance and when I called the PSC cards help desk they are telling me that there is some issue regarding the processing of public service cards

    TThere has been no notification regarding processing of PSC that I'm Aware of, certainlynothing on the DSP website

    There has been an ongoing issue (year's) with regard to processing online, due to the portal not accepting uploaded photograph, a few threads on the topic.

    You say you applied three weeks ago ,did you apply or request an appointment to have your photograph taken , as this would be required if applying for a renewal & first time application at an intero centre. 🤔
