Bloody VF Gigabox and connecting ASUS RT-AX86U AX5700 issues connecting

Hi all.

Having issues connecting the ASUS wireless router to VF B/Band. Tried changing VLAN to 10 etc using the 'serialnumber'@vfiftth.ie and other logins to get this working.

Can anyone here, give me some guide - step by step to getting this working.

Do I have to contact VF customer service to get the VLAN changed and does the ASUS do that for you?

Tried google/reddit and copilot sources to get this done? Tried the ASUS app also.

Any help appreciated.

Make sure you’re connected directly to the ONT, remove the Vodafone router completely.

Advanced Settings > LAN > IPTV

Select ISP Profile - Manual Setting

Internet VID 10

Apply

Advanced > WAN > Internet Connection

WAN Connection Type - PPPoE

Account Settings

Username - vodafone@vodafone.ie

Password - broadband

Apply
