Natural menopause remedies

    Hi ladies. I have Peri menopause for 6 years, haven't had a period for 6 months now and hoping this is the end of them but have been told menopause only stays when your 12 months free. I've had hair loss, serious migraine headaches which I control with 3 ibuprofen as advised by Dr, forming a nice tummy (hate this), dryness below, sore boobs, and now of late I'm not sleeping very well and I'm so stiff when I get out of bed especially my ankles and then aches and pains in my back and shoulders. I'm taking vitamin b complex, calcium, vit D, magnesium, a drink i make up of green tea, lemon, ginger, turmeric and honey. Eating food high in estrogen. What else can I add to my diet or is there one supplement that covers all of the about that people find works. I hate to think that my symptoms will get worse when I'm 12 free. I don't want to take hrt as I am afraid of getting breast cancer. I know loads of women take it and I'm not saying your wrong but i am afraid of it as i know it doesn't cause it but it states that if you have cancer cells they will grow faster on hrt a s it scares me. Any advice.
