Adding support to a horizontal shower bar (rain shower)

I got a stupidly large rain shower head, it's amazing, but too heavy for the horizontal bar. I cant' find (but aren't exactly sure what to look for) a 45 degree bar which I presume I could clamp to the vertical to take the pressure off. Any ideas?

you can buy 45 degree connectors so two of those and a piece of stainless steel tube would probably work. If you google 45 degree angle joint set or 45 degree structural pipe connector you’ll get an idea. That or potentially tie it into the ceiling using an ornamental chain / stainless steel stranded wire or something similar?
