If I have two phones connected to the home wifi can I set them up so that I can see in one phone what the camera in the other is looking at?

    thanks!

Yes, you can do that. The easiest way is to install a free IP camera or remote viewer app (like Alfred Camera, Manything, or similar) on both phones set one as the camera and the other as the viewer. As long as both are on Wi-Fi, it should work fine.
