Civil Service Mobility query

    I have been 2 years at my current Grade It has been a very tough two years and has impacted on my physical and mental health. I am on the mobility list and all of my mobile eligibility categories are yes. My closest positions on the mobility list are 35 and 38 do you think there is a chance I might move soon? It has been a struggle to make it to the two year mark. I really need to move from my current role. Would appreciate any replies. Thank you

    If you believe your current role or unit is contributing to your mental health difficulties, I would suggest you have a chat with whoever looks after disabilities in your Dept, and your line manager. It may be possible to move you within the Dept if it's deemed helpful for your health
